“Strangers will stand and shepherd your flocks, children of foreigners will be your plowmen and vinedressers.” - Isaiah 61:5

Samuel Wearp is one of those strangers who will tend the flocks of Israel! He and his new bride, Keila, are even now in Israel leading a team of sheep shearers in a project to assist the Jewish pioneers in Judea with their flocks. This is the first of what promises to be many projects of Samuel & Keila’s new ministry, Rising Sparks!
