I sincerely apologize for the extended downtime we experienced over the past two days.
The issue arose during a routine software update, which triggered a server reboot. Unfortunately, this revealed an unexpected fault with the network card. Our engineers spent considerable time troubleshooting various scenarios, including replacing network cables, to pinpoint and resolve the problem.
For context: two years ago, I chose a powerful, dedicated physical server to ensure maximum performance, data privacy, and control—avoiding the limitations of shared or virtual hosting. While this setup provides numerous benefits, it also means that unexpected hardware issues like this one take longer to resolve compared to a virtual environment that allows quick migration.
That said, the server is still well within its expected lifespan, and I believe this was a rare, isolated incident.
