Bless your children

8 w

And he blessed Joseph, saying, 'May the God before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked faithfully, the God who has been my shepherd all my life to this day, the Angel who has delivered me from all harm, bless these boys. May they be called by my name and the names of my fathers Abraham and Isaac, and may they increase greatly on the earth.'

Fatherhood is both a privilege and a tremendous responsibility through which Yehováh gives us the opportunity to influence the lives of the children He gives us. Just as in all aspects of life, He does His part, and we do ours. As we interact with our children, we can also understand how our Eternal Father relates to us.

Pray with awareness and intelligence; vain repetitions are of no use and are an abomination before Yehováh. But a prayer spoken from the heart, sincere and spontaneous, has a high chance of reaching our Father’s throne and receiving His answer. May Yehovah give you wisdom and direction to do what is right for your children.
