What is interesting to me is how many concepts were introduced during and after the Exile which we now accept as given due to later writers adding to the Hebrew text:

- virgin birth (only in the Septuagint)
- hell (not the same as Sheol)
- eternal life (not even Isaiah talks of eternal life on the new earth)
- Satan as wicked (always called the accuser, Isaiah says evil comes from YHWH)
- synagogues, pharisees, sadducees and all the rabbinic teachings (created during the exile)
