THE LEGEND OF THE TRUTH AND THE LIE:


The truth and the lie met one day, and the lie said to the truth: “it is a marvellous day today”. The truth looked up to the sky and thought that the day really was beautiful. They spend a lot of time together, ultimately arriving beside a river. The lie then tells the truth; “the water is very nice, let us swim together.” At first, the truth once again suspiciously test the water and discovers it is indeed very nice. So they start swimming together. Suddenly, the lie comes out of the water, puts on the clothing of the truth, and runs away. The furious truth came out of the water and tried to find the lie everywhere, to get it clothes back. However, the world seeing the truth naked, turns its gaze away with contempt and rage. The poor truth returned to the water and disappeared forever, hiding therein its shame. Since then, the lie travels around the world, dressed as the truth, satisfying the needs of societies. Because the world in any case harbours no wish at all, to meet the naked truth. Be careful today not to entertain the lie in truth’s clothing. Be blessed!
