This was a WWII spotting tower along the Atlantic coast. It sits on a strip of land between the ocean and an inland salt water pond. I'm not sure how secure the soldiers felt who used these to observe the ocean during the war but they were built to withstand a conventional bomb blast. We can be sure that the Creators tower will never fail, no matter what the enemy tries to throw at it.
