"And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, have been grafted in among them, and came to share the root and fatness of the olive tree,
do not boast against the branches.
And if you boast, remember: you do not bear the root, but the root bears you! You shall say then, “The branches were broken off that I might be grafted in.” Good! By unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by belief.
Do not be arrogant, but fear. For if Elohim did not spare the natural branches, He might not spare you either.

Exodus 34:6, “Then the LORD passed in front of Moses and called out: “The LORD, the LORD God, is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in loving devotion and faithfulness” Mankind has reduced love to nothing more than an emotion that comes from our heart. Jeremiah 17:9, “The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?” We have been trained to put more faith in the emotions of our deceitful heart than to respect and fear the spirit, the breath, the very words of our Creator.
And as He came near, He saw the city and wept over it, saying, “If you only knew even today, the matters for your peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes. “Because days shall come upon you when your enemies shall build a rampart around you, and surround you and press you on all sides, “and dash you to the ground, and your children within you. And they shall not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not know the time of your visitation.

My views on Israel and the actors in the region have had very little influence from the mainstream news. I haven't watched them for years.
What I have done is follow other believers and ministries in the land give first hand accounts of the situation there over the years. And I'm telling you, I had no idea how little the majority of the followers of Messiah knew about the region. But that hasn't kept them from opening their mouth wide to speak arrogant/ignorant words.
Sometimes I'm shocked when I realize that people have not been following events in Israel as closely as I have over the years. I'm not professing to be an expert mind you, but even I know that there is no moral equivilant to Israel and Hamas.
And even if you subscribe that Israel deserves this because they haven't accepted Messiah as a nation (something that would make every other nation on the planet just as guilty) do you really believe that spreading the good news of Messiah would be made easier in Israel with Islamist in charge?
