Was the entire city of Shechem (the city and the prince had the same name, strangely enough) guilty of Dinah's kidnapping in Genesis 34? All of Shechem was killed or enslaved by Jacob's sons. At least Gibeah, the city of Benjamin where a Levite's concubine was murdered in Judges 19, had a chance to repent before the rest of Israel besieged them.
