I believe that these subjects shows a person's true "colours" as it can be very divisive on the one hand or the most interesting learning experiences on the other.

It all depends on the person’s heart and whether they have grown to a point where you can actually see the Fruit of the Spirit in them.

Please, please feel free to send us questions ahead of time! I already have a list of questions going, and one of them is: What passages of scripture cause people to reject God? Along the lines of, “Well, if God said that, I don’t want anything to do with him.”

Another question is about the roots of the LGBTQ movement and why so many Christian and even Torah kids are drawn to it. What are the root causes?

Or, what role does a person’s belief about creation, the flood, Babel, etc. affect how they see Torah?

Feel free to send more questions!

Since we're studying the Tower of Babel this week, we invite you to read this series by Christine Miller, on how Babel (Babylon) has touched everything in our world today!

True ancient history, the history told by Scripture, has been clouded, or suppressed, or discarded. Pick up a library book on ancient history, and what you will read is vastly different from what the Bible relates in Genesis. If Babel is mentioned at all, it will most likely be with mockery.

And yet in Scripture, we read that the final judgment of God's wrath is poured on out on that same great and mighty city. Something pivotal happened there, which is still continuing in our day, and it is important that we recognize it so as not to be deceived.

What happened? Why is the culmination of God's wrath reserved for that city? And why is this topic so surrounded by controversy?

Today's Poem:

I’ll praise my Maker while I have breath
And even when my voice is lost in death
Praise shall employ my nobler powers
My days of praise shall never be past
While life and thought and being last
Or immortality endures

Why should I make a man my trust
Prince’s must die and turn to dust
Vain is the help of flesh and blood
Their breath departs, their pomp and power
And thoughts all vanish in an hour
Nor can they make their promise good

Happy the man who hopes rely
On Israel’s G-d; Who made the sky
And earth and sea with all their train
His truth for ever stands secure
He saves the oppressed, He feeds the poor
And none shall find His promise vain

The L-rd has eyes to give the blind
The L-rd supports the sinking mind
He sends the labouring conscience peace
He helps the stranger in distress
The widow and the fatherless
And grants the prisoner sweet release

He loves His saints He knows them well
But turns the wicket down to hell
Thy G-d O Zion, ever reigns
Let every tongue, let every age
In this exalted works engage
Praise Him in everlasting strains

I’ll praise Him while He lends me breath
And when my voice is lost in death
Praise shall employ my nobler powers
My days of praise shall never be past
While life and thought and being last
Or immortality endures

PRAYERS OF THE NEW TESTAMENT -- PART 3

O YAHVEH, our Heavenly Father, who loves humankind and is most merciful and compassionate, have mercy upon our children. We humbly pray for them and commend them to Your gracious protection. O YAHVEH, be their guide and guardian in all their endeavours. Lead them in the path of Your truth and draw them near to You, that they may lead a godly and righteous life in Your love and fear, doing Your will in all matters. Give them grace that they may be even-tempered, hard-working, diligent, devout, and charitable. Defend them against the assaults of the enemy, and grant them wisdom and strength to resist all temptation and corruption of this life. Direct them in the way of salvation, through Your Son, our Saviour --- Yeshua HaMashiach. (Luke 8).

Almighty YAHVEH, whose Son, our Saviour, Yeshua HaMashiach, was lifted high upon the cross that He might draw the whole world to Himself: Mercifully grant that we, who rejoice in the mystery of our salvation, may have the grace to take up our cross and follow Him, who reigns with You and Ruach HaKodesh, one YAHVEH in glory everlasting. (Luke 14).

Adonai Yeshua HaMashiach, Son of YAHVEH, have mercy on me, a sinner. (Luke 18).

Father Everlasting, who has given us the fellowship of Your Son, Yeshua HaMashiach, be near us in this hour of solemn meditation. May our heart be open to every Holy affection and ready to receive and cherish every sacred memory and sacred impression. Impress on us the power of death that this day commemorates. Let a portion of the Spirit that led our Saviour to the cross descend upon us and fill our heart with love for You and our fellow humans. Here and now may every selfish passion and desire be quieted, and may the peace that passes all understanding keep our heart and mind in Yeshua HaMashiach. (Luke 23).

Almighty YAHVEH, we give You thanks that You have given Your Son, not only to die for us, but to be our spiritual food and sustenance in the Holy sacrament of His body and blood. Teach us to consider the dignity of that Holy mystery and so to search and examine our consciences, that we may come Holy and clean to such a heavenly feast, in the marriage garment Your Scriptures require. (John 6).

O Adonai Yeshua HaMashiach, You are the way, the truth and the life. We pray You allow us never to stray from You, who are the way, nor distrust You, who are the truth, nor rest in any one other thing than You, who are the life. Teach us, by Your Ruach Kodesh, what to believe, what to do and how to take our rest. (John 14).

Adonai Elohim Almighty, I thank You today for the privilege of being counted among those who have testified of You with their lives; of sharing the cup of suffering that HaMashiach drank; and of rising again to life everlasting with Him, in body and soul and in the immortality of Ruach HaKodesh. (John 19).

Grant we pray, Almighty YAHVEH, that as we believe that Your only begotten Son, our Adonai Yeshua HaMashiach, ascended into heaven, so we may also in heart and mind there ascend and with Him continually dwell. For He lives and reigns with You and Ruach HaKodesh, one YAHVEH, for ever and ever. (Acts 1).

Yochannah Sanders    The Power of a Submissive Wife

Good Morning. Happy Monday.
Let's dig in, shall we?
Discussion from another site, I am carrying on here Would like y'alls thoughts and opinions.
Me: Shalom all you wonderful siblings in Yeshua! I would like to break down the “guide lines,” "rules"- whatever you wish to call them, for the roles of women- specifically wives and mothers- “according to what we see in scripture, with the center being what we see in/around the story of Noah, and the flood. I was greatly “shored up”/reinforced, in what YHWH has been showing me, and helping me achieve, through this years Homeschooling Torah conference. I am interested in the current societal views, -how they are viewing and "seeing" scripture in this area/these areas. I wanna dig in, examine and discuss! So, if y’all dont mind, I have a first question: What is/are the role(s) of a wife, according to, and in regards to, her husband, and the calling and vision YHWH gave him? (and does YHWH give all husbands/fathers a calling and vision?; and, does she get to have her own(calling and vision) outside of that as well? Why or why not? and what do you think her role is(a marvelous (please use scripture, in context, with your replies. i hope to get answers on both sides of the spectrum- all with scripture.) Ok, so maybe thats 3 or 4 questions. lol)

(and yes, I will be taking the information gleaned here, to other social media platforms and discussing it too- mainly based on what is discovered here.

Ms. Anne reply: I’m going to answer with a question. Romans 1:26-27 says, “For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.”

What is the natural use of a woman? Why was woman created?

Me: THIS is the meat of the matter that i really want to look over. Ready, set, GO!
