The act of blessing is taken very, very seriously in the land of Israel. In fact, most of the daily prayers that is said are in the form of blessing. Below on this web then are a few (12) blessings that is said on a daily basis. May you find them helpful and use them well. I will add the others tomorrow afternoon. For me, I do recite these blessings before and after my prayers. I pray you all will find it also interesting.

Who clothes us

Baruch atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech ha-Olam, malbish `arumim.

Who opens our eyes

Who made us as we are

Baruch atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech ha-Olam, she-asani kirtzono.

Who made us in His image

Who gives us discernment
