Anyone want to chat about reishi mushroom?
Good for boosting the immune system, sleep issues, fights inflammation, promotes liver and heart health, and considered a tonic (i.e. can be used long-term without problems). The extract is the good part, as with many (most?) mushrooms you don't want to eat them raw, and can most often be found as a powdered extract or tincture.
Used for centuries; once called 'the mushroom of immortality', native to the Japan-Korea-China region.
