Why would we need to move a mountain?
- During the tribulation, and the Day of the Lord, a number of worldwide cataclysmic events and disasters will take place - resulting in the destruction of many cities and the landscape across the world.

Ezekiel 38:19-20
In My zeal and in My blazing wrath I declare that on that day there will surely be a great earthquake in the land of Israel ... and all the men who are on the face of the earth will shake at My presence; the mountains also will be thrown down, the steep pathways will collapse and every wall will fall to the ground.

Revelation 16:18-19
And there were flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder; and there was a great earthquake, such as there had not been since man came to be upon the earth, so great an earthquake was it, and so mighty. The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell ...

- After the return of Christ and the resurrection of the saints, there will be mortal survivors of the nations (who made it through the tribulation) left to repopulate the world during the Millenial Reign.

Ezekiel 7:16
Even when their survivors escape, they will be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, each over his own iniquity.

Isaiah 66:19
I will set a sign among them and will send survivors from them to the nations: Tarshish, Put, Lud, Meshech, Tubal and Javan, to the distant coastlands that have neither heard My fame nor seen My glory. And they will declare My glory among the nations.

Joel 2:32
And it will come about that whoever calls on the name of the Lord Will be delivered; For on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem There will be those who escape, As the Lord has said, Even among the survivors whom the Lord calls.

- As resurrected priests and kings over the nations, there could likely be a situation in which people or resources are trapped beneath the remains of displaced mountains - where the super human abilities of a glorified immortal would find a useful and practical application.?

1 Corinthians 13:2
And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
