Here's something I've been chewing on: When the temple veil was torn, I don't think that it would have been perceived as a positive occurrence. It seems to provoke imagery of the tearing of one's robes for mourning or anger. What do you think?

From my point it was a in less words a burden to go up to the Temple and sacrifice for your sin offering ect. With Messiah's crucifixion the veil being torn meaning you no longer have to go to a temple that HE is the ultimate sacrifice! That way we have direct contact with Abba, we no longer need to go through a priest.
