One of the regrown ginger rhizomes in its fullness

We're starting our third year with ginger. First year we used a half barrel, second year put some in one bed in the greenhouse and that bed has already returned... as long as the ground doesn't freeze, seems to be fine. Easy to keep going from year to year. Just leave some rhizomes to overwinter in the ground.
