As the Nikkud is not that old, how would one tell the difference between these two words with vastly different meanings without it?

I could be wrong, correct me if I am, but as with names in other languages (English/Latin being different) there is people's names who are written exactly like words such as "flower" or "strong" or they'd combine words into one. So, it comes down to context. The grammar used around the word or name that gives way to what ot whom you're talking to.

It's true but it is also meant to help those who have no understanding /who would find it difficult otherwise the language would remain in the hands of a few but as one begins to grow they can move to higher levels of the language. This is the reason the Father pointed me away from translation so I'm only helping those who are searching for truth that was lost in translation.
