Matthew 4:4

Satan tempted Yeshua, but God deliberately put him into a tempting situation. God is always in control. Satan will come when you are weak and discouraged. This is when your faith will be tried hardest. Study the Scriptures, know who you are in Adonai, and wait on Him. There's nothing Satan or man can do to you. When God's enemies attack His faithful, they are actually attacking Him. Trust Him and His plan.

Yeshua almost never said just one thing. Simultaneous depth and brevity are marks of a great mind. In Matthew 4:4 Yeshua didn't refute the temptation, but the motive behind it. Knowing your enemy gives you power over him.
