Anyone make teas from scratch? Got any favorite mixes?

Years ago, i made a great sleep tea, but i lost the weights and ratios. Essentially, if its supposed to make you sleep and you can get it locally, it goes in the tea bag. Things like valerian root, lavender, catnip, chamomile, etc.

I dried some nettle and it isn’t the most appealing smell either.

Indeed I do not. Tea is a lie. It smells so nice, and then tastes like...tea.

I enjoy sweet fern tea, mullen tea and yellow dock All healing teas. Sweet fern has the most flavour
