"And the foreigners who join themselves to the Lord...everyone who keeps the Sabbath and does not profane it...these I will bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer...for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples." -Isaiah 56:6-8

Can you please elaborate on which Gentiles you mean? Are these saved/unsaved people?
I am thinking of the instruction in Exodus 12:45 No stranger (temporary resident, foreigner) or hired servant shall eat it. 46 It is to be eaten inside one house; you shall not take any of the meat outside the house, nor shall you break any of its bones. 47 The entire congregation of Israel shall keep and celebrate it. 48 If a stranger living temporarily among you wishes to celebrate the Passover to the Lord, all his males must be circumcised, and then he may participate and celebrate it like one that is born in the land. But no uncircumcised person may eat it.
I do understand the circumcision of the heart in contrast to the circumcision of the flesh. Please do correct me if I am wrong as I am still elarning, but isn't this still an instruction that the person must be a believer?
