There are so many views of life after death, but Yeshua was very clear about marriage and gender after death when He answered the Sadducees.

I would like to know what your understand is of Mark 12:25 "For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven."

Angels who show themselves on earth are always described as being male. I say this based purely in the sense of how we physically see the difference between male and female in humans as they haven't been seen nor described when naked in the Bible. How the fallen ones had children with human women is only an assumption as Scripture doesn't say and no one lived back then who can tell us.

My mum has be hope that she will one day be united with my dad who passed away 6 years ago, but this verse always make me wonder what that reunion will be like.

Yes, there won't be any tears and we will be fulfilled, etc., having Yeshua as our king and Father amongst us. That is however not the topic on this questions.

Humans were originally created male in the image of Yah. So, we will probably all be male, or maybe genderless. The fallen angels would have had to be male, or else have power to manipulate genes. I think, from the things you pointed out here and not looking further, we will all be male.

i agree... male as in the image of YHVH just as we are in the image of YHVH the Father/supreme male.

i asked YHVH about what happens when you die and its hard to explain but it hinges on the term in scripture a day is like a thousand and a thousand is like a day. when we sleep we close our eyes and it seems as soon as we close them we open them again and its morning. we dont know 8 hours have just passed. something similar happens when we die. when we die our flesh goes back to the earth but our spirit goes back to God just as scripture says... in the spirit its all but instant but to a human on earth its all this time... spirits are outside time.

This is why Yeshua said Luke 23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.

when you die its almost instant when your spirit returns but in the flesh here on earth its all this time.

Not just males are in God's image.

Genesis 1:1 is the answer to "our image" since heaven was created first it also included the angelic inhabitants there of and since YHVH is spirit YHVH is talking to the other spiritual beings like Him... Create in "our image" talking to them.

This has always been of the most confusing sections of scripture for me. Yeshua doesn't specify exactly which way we will be like the angels. He starts this statement by saying they "don't know the scriptures" as if they should already know the answer to this, however I don't know where in the scriptures this topic is addressed, except possibly in Enoch. Also I can't find any other witness in the scriptures that clarifies what this means. There is a passage in the book of the Natsarim (which many do not accept) that has some more details, but leaves still many questions.
