Since the launch of TTN in June 2021, I've made every effort to avoid directly requesting financial support to cover the platform's costs. In fact, I've personally covered nearly 90% of the £30,000/$36,500 in running expenses up to this point. I accomplished this by taking on various IT projects and utilizing my own income. However, I've reached a juncture where I must explore additional means for TTN to sustain itself, especially as my external work opportunities have dwindled.
I'm committed to maintaining TTN as a free-to-use platform for the community. I've always hoped that more members would be willing to make a modest "coffee contribution" each month to support our operations. However, it's become increasingly apparent that the prevailing norm is to access platforms for free with the revenue coming from advertisements.
I, too, have reservations about incorporating advertisements, but it seems to be a viable option. In doing so, I'll uphold two fundamental principles: First, individuals who financially support TTN should not be subjected to external advertisements. Second, any advertisements must seamlessly coexist with the platform's content, ensuring they do not disrupt or intrude upon the user experience.
Over the next few days, I'll be exploring different options and determining the best way to integrate them into the platform.
I regret that it's come to this point, but I firmly believe that by keeping the platform accessible to the community, we can offer spiritual guidance to those who may not have the means to contribute financially.

I like the "stores/advertising closed on Sabbath " idea.
I also think, those that are a ministy, receiving donations, should be contributing financially to this platform.
