Renew
“Create in me a clean heart, O Elohiym; and renew a right spirit within me”. -- Psalm 51:10
Life gets off course when we get off course. Believe that our Elohiym Who created you can recreate in you a clean heart and a right spirit. He longs to do it even now. Let no day pass that you do not pray many times, “Renew a right spirit within me!”

This always feels like a very "slow" prayer where we come to a physical and emotional full stop, do introspection and only then make the prayer. This isn't a quick "off the hip" prayer.
