Whoever would be great among you must be your servant. Leadership in the Kingdom has its rewards, but it is also a heavy burden. If you are only getting rewards from your leadership or mission and no afflictions, then you'd better examine yourself and your behavior very closely. If your crown has no thorns, then something is wrong.

If you want to be great in God's eyes do three things: Keep #torah, Teach Torah, Be a servant.
