BANANA BREAD

Ingredients:
125 ml / 0.5 cup Margarine
250 ml / 1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
500 ml / 2 cups Cake Flour
10 ml / 1.75 tsp Baking Powder
2,5 ml / 0.5 tsp Salt
4-6 medium ripe Bananas
5 ml / 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Method:
1. Whip the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time and mix well between each egg.
3. Sif all the dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture.
4. Pulp all the bananas and add lastly.
5. Mix lightly together.
6. Bake at 180°C or 356°F for 60 minutes (or in an Air Fryer for half the time).
