As far as I recall, under the current Law, incense is only offered in the temple, so this is quite a change to have incense burnt everywhere. Or am I forgetting something?

There is only one mixture of incense that you will be removed from His people for even attempting to make. You are not even allowed to make a version of it. No other incense has that warning. Praise Yahuah! HalleluYah!
