I need prayers! I'm extremely sleep deprived and I think that's what's bringing me down because everything else is going excellent. If I can make it through the next 8 days and/or get a full night of sleep, I think I'll be alright. Hope is on the horizon! I just need the energy and focus to get there. I have found that with age comes the deprevation of sleep. I don't know why, but people I speak with sleep less and less the older they get. Just be aware of that as it might be a normal cycle in life you are going into.
You may also want to look at taking a power nap when your body requires it. My dad had to learn this during his time in the police and he did it all through his life. He would go for a 10 minute afternoon nap; sleep hard for 10 minutes and then get up and take on the rest of his day.
