What is the greatest challenge facing Torah Men Today?

Feminism

Lack of masculine roll models

Women unfit for marriage

Discord among believers

Lack of fully functioning communities

Lack of social skills

Lack of economic prospects

Men just are not into Family and Marriage

I think that men should be more compassionate and that will help us be aware of the issues we need to fix, then we need the courage like Caleb to say, "give me this mountain" so we can accomplish the things God has for us.

Super late to this poll but Feminism is rampant and now is supported by our justice system which makes it difficult for men to lead. Additionally lots of weaker men pander to women and shy away at the teaching of Patriarchy because they do not want women to over look them. That makes it difficult because women can find easy guys who will bend to their will. Lastly, men who do not want to submit to Yeshua cannot force their wives to submit to them. If a man is having problem exercising authority he is probably, unlike the Centurion who recognized Yeshua’s authority, unwilling to submit to Yahweh!

I think men, in general, can follow torah and walk with the Father while avoiding sin and overcoming challenges. I think the biggest thing facing torah men today is a lack of fellowship among like minded men. Men gain incredible experience and personal motivation thru fellowship with older and younger like minded men. There is an anemic level shortage of these kinds groups now.

I think humility is the greatest challenge for men who want to walk, live and speak Torah. From the perspective of Yeshua being the WHOLE word of The Father, we see that Yeshua is both the rule of law AND the compassion of forgiveness. He emphatically defended the Truth (He wouldn't cut the Pharisees any slack and He dismissed a woman as a dog) AND He gladly opened access to it (He invited Nicodemus the Pharisee to rebirth and instructed the adulteress woman to go and sin no more without condemnation). Arrogance and hubris brought Simon-Peter to shame, Sha'ul of Tarsus to blindness, Judas to death and it all began when Lucifer was arrogant enough to think himself to be something other than a simple creation. The strength of a man is his understanding of his relationship of dependency.

There are a lot of people who disagree with this but it needs to be said. Generally speaking people don’t address sin for what it is because they’re to nice and they don’t want to offend anyone. And even if they did address it, most communities are to indifferent or disorganized to do anything about it. The reason i picked “lack of fully functioning communities” in this poll is because if a community is fully functioning, then automatically the rest of the problems in the poll would’ve been nonexistent because the community would’ve been doing its job.
