We had a congratulations dinner for our older daughter tonight. She starts Mizzou as a junior next week. I was so blessed to have her until she's 20.

She knows the bible and is in the faith.
3.7 GPA
3 years' experience working in a small business even supervising and training people three times her age.
Incredibly sharp and funny.
Paid for her own Associates' degree.
Compassionate but very strong and determined.
Knows how to manage money - she had made large purchases and made several airplane trips solo, even vacationing in Hawaii with my wife.

She has been remarkable at her job and knows how to run the entire business. She knows that the goal is to be the employer, not the employee, and she has learned the hard way how to be a good employer.

This young lady is going to go far. Watching her pack up is very hard but I am so proud of her it hurts!
