He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?

God sent his Son to die for us. He’s not going to be talked out of our salvation. The father and son work together to ensure we have “all things”, which does not mean “whatever we want”, but whatever is necessary to accomplish God’s purposes and our calling. Specifically, this is still speaking about the glory, justification, and predestined transformation of v30.
