don't get discouraged if you can only start with five or less, the numbers will go up like a bell curve for the first weeks, then look to be busy for ten to fifteen minutes daily, one can also do them slower, so numbers are not everything.
if you've built that into your daily routine, check out how strong and durable your upper body muscles will have become.
