Sincere Apologies for the Unexpected Outage

Over the past 24 hours, TTN experienced a major server outage due to a misconfiguration while setting up the very complex TTN Search platform. Unfortunately, this affected all TTN websites and email services, and I was unable to send out a message to inform you of the situation.

To make matters worse, the outage happened just before the daily backups, which means that the last 24 hours of messages and posts before the downtime have been lost. I deeply regret this loss and any inconvenience it may have caused.

I have been working non-stop to rebuild the server and restore all services as quickly as possible, and am working to resolve some final bugs across all the platforms. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

I sincerely hope this didn’t impact you too severely, and I will be taking additional precautions to prevent something like this from happening again. If you notice anything still not functioning correctly, please let me know so I can address it as soon as possible.
