Have any of you tried goat milk? I have. I prefer it over cow milk. I'm lactose intolerant with cow milk, but have no problem with goat milk.

As a child there wasn't such a thing as soy milk, so I was raised on goat milk as I was also lactose intolerant. Worked perfectly as a replacement.

Now on the other hand, I don't like the taste as I have grown accustomed to cow milk and I don't have severe reaction to cow's milk. We eat almost anything, but goat milk yoghurt is a bit stringy if not made with some additives so not as "visually appealing" to me and my family. 🤢

Have you ever heard of A2 cow milk? Something happened to american cows after crossing the pond. Ameeican cows typically have lactose. However, A2 cows do not. Its pretty pricey around here. Some of the amish have A2 cattle. If you come across someone who doesnt like how goat milk is, suggest A2 cow milk!
