We obey #godslaw because He is God, not because the pastor, rabbi, or priest said so. If God is Love, then #torah is love too because Torah is a reflection of God's character. We have been adopted into God's house. We need to be keeping the rules of His house. Almost seems like a no-brainer, doesn't it? #torah

Much of the Christian church teaches that God played Keep-Away with eternal salvation by setting the Jews up with an impossible standard even while he told them that it wasn't that hard. I believe God loves his people, his Word is true, obedience to his Word brings life, and he never changes. What was a sin three thousand years ago remains a sin today. What was not a sin three thousand years ago is still not a sin today.
