Thought for Today: Tuesday May 13

Ever thought why can we not be sinless in this life? Why can we not become perfect? One reason is because sin has weakened us so much that we do not have the strength to overcome its power. Sin is like a deadly disease that infects every part of us: our bodies, our minds, our emotions, our relationships, our motives – everything! BUT, when we submit to Moshiach, another Spiritual Power takes up residence within us – Ruach HaKodesh. We must learn to take sin seriously, to be on guard against its tug, fight its power. But most of all, learn to take Ruach HaKodesh seriously, calling on Him to help you overcome sin’s power and live a holy and godly live, following the example of our King Yeshua Moshiach.
