YHVH’s call on your life may not be as dramatic as for other people, and the ministry that results from your obedience may not be the same as for others. But none of that takes away from the significance of what you are doing with your life in the service of our King. William Borden, heir to a large fortune and graduate of Yale University sacrificed everything to go to China as a missionary. He got as far as Egypt and then died. Later it was written of him that he had “no reserve, no retreat and no regrets”. May we all also live for our Moshiach with no reserve, no retreat and no regrets.
