“I say this to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise one among you, not even one, who shall be able to judge between his brothers? But brother against brother goes to be judged and that before unbelievers! Already, then, there is a failure with you, that you have lawsuits among you. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated? But you yourselves do wrong and cheat, and that to your brothers! Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of Elohim? Do not be deceived. Neither those who whore, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor greedy of gain, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers shall inherit the kingdom of Elohim. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were set apart, but you were declared right in the Name of the Master Yeshua and by the Spirit of our Elohim.”

it shows what Sabbath keeper is talking about.
in this story i'm going to talk about an unbeliever, a man not called at that time, it may have happened later, i don't know.
but he displayed that innate knowledge of justice that the unbeliever will be judged by.
so i was young and dumb in amsterdam, back in the 80's.
and i met hari krishna's, those orange guys.
now they have a sneaky approach, they're very friendly, but their ace in the hole is cooking some amazingly delicious vegan food.
i got into conversation with a certain guy, older than me, and started having long nights of discussions with him.
i didn't realise, but these contacts were never in the hq of the organisation, they took place at his home, where i only saw few of his fellows.
now of course, his intention was to convert me, and mine was so then convince me.
in the course of time i got to learn about his background.
this man, hayesvar das, he'd renamed himself, he was a dutch guy, was actually a first hand disciple of the guru who started this whole movement, the man who thought up the hari krishna movement himself.
and he had been selected by the guru to lead the dutch chapter after he died (the guru).
but there was argument, and an usurper came to the fore, who wanted to take things over.
so hayesvar's response was simply to back away, his reasoning was division would be bad, and rather than fight, he simply didn't respond.
no surprise, the usurper took over, happy to be the man now, and hayesvar was relegated to a background role.
but those who came to him were all the wiser heads, let's say, and they quietly did a nicodemus.
this impressed me no end. i never joined them, of course, but his response has stayed with me.
as Sabbath keeper says, which is from scripture, why not rather be wronged?
