Man doesn't have one less rib than women. And according to the original Hebrew it wasn't a rib that was taken from Adam but rather his side. The Hebrew word that was translated rib in the book of Genesis was normally translated side. You'll understand it better when you watch the video.

I have very often spoken of my understanding of self replication and how Father could beget a Son without a mother. If Adam was truly made in Father's image then the video makes partial sense in that it wasn't a rib taken from Adam, but the female reproductive parts; if it can be called that in the case of Adam.
What I mean is that I do not personally see Eve as a separate "face" of Adam as she was created out of what was taken from Adam. He wouldn't have been unfulfilled if Eve was a "separate" part of him that he could have companionship with; like with conjoined twins.
On the other side, Adam was looking for a companion between the animals and couldn't find one, so he wasn't fulfilled in that sense. So if they were fully one body then he couldn't find companionship in himself/Eve in the same way that me having ears does not fulfill my desire to hear my wife's voice. I can try to mimic her voice, but it isn't the same as hearing her voice and having her by my side.
So yes, I agree that it wasn't a rib.
Some further thinking on this, if we think it was a rib then we can't look at a man's body wanting to find a missing rib as it was only taken from Adam and all men after him would genetically have the number of ribs Father initially made Adam with. Only if it was a genetic change that was done to Adam at that time can we now look at a man to see what is "missing"; and it isn't a rib. 🤔
