Please let me know what your views on why the tribe of Dan is not included in Revelation chapter 7?
Please share your views.

the easy answer is dan is compared to a snake in jacob's blessing to his sons in gen 49, and judah was considered of the tribe of dan.

two points of interest -
firstly, as the blessings have already been mentioned, note the curious phrase that only occurs after dan's blessing, verse 18
- I await Your salvation, YHWH. -
(this theme phrased like this only comes back in psalm 119, btw, worth pondering. let's just say, after enduring dan's judgement, the people are definitely in an awaiting mood.)

secondly, at first, just as adam and eve should not have sinned, but did, according to the plan which we're not to question, so rachel shouldn't have pushed bilhah onto jacob, as leah had already birthed a 'complete' set of four, but she did.
then she chose, you may say was inspired to choose, to name 'her' son conform to what she felt had been done, judgement in her favour. yet the root of that word is the same as used to indicate conflict, in gen 6:3
- So the LORD said, “My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days shall be 120 years.” -
(interesting comeback on 12, no? if i'm right, the first prediction of the tribes of israel, under the Law of moses, till the next prediction changes it to 70 years, of when the seven-fold Spirit descends, and Yeshua places us under His fulfilled Law - study matthew's sermon on the mount. ah sorry, info overload)

in a way, just as rachel deemed her own judgement to be the same as heavenly judgement and not in conflict with it, so that judgement dan is ascribed in jacob's blessing is his own, causing one on the Way to not only stop, but go backwards.
now, jacob gets renamed israel precisely because he ALSO contended with YHWH, but the word used is a different one.
a different type of strife, as it were.

i dare to say we all have a part of us that actively chooses to side with wrong, and we succeed in mastering that side to different degrees. dan is expressing that as a part of the twelve tribes.
there's something just not kosher about dan, i keep thinking of the earth splitting up under me.
