MATTHEW 6:12,14 & 15
And forgive us our sins, just as we have forgiven those who have sinned against us. "If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.

MATTHEW 9:2,5 & 6
Some people brought to him a paralyzed man on a mat. Seeing their faith, Yeshua said to the paralyzed man, "Take heart, son! Your sins are forgiven." Is it easier to say, 'Your sins are forgiven' or 'Get up and walk'? I will prove that I, the Son of Man, have the authority on earth to forgive sins." Then Yeshua turned to the paralyzed man and said, "Stand up, take your mat, and go on home, because you are healed!"

MATTHEW 12:31 & 32
"Every sin or blasphemy can be forgiven-except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, which can never be forgiven. Anyone who blasphemes against me, the Son of Man, can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven, either in this world or in the world to come.

Then Peter came to him and asked, "Adonai, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Seven times?" Then the king called in the man he had forgiven and said, 'You evil servant! I forgave you that tremendous debt because you pleaded with me. "That's what my heavenly Father will do to you if you refuse to forgive your brothers and sisters in your heart."

For this is my blood, which seals the covenant between YHVH and his people. It is poured out to forgive the sins of many.

This messenger was John the Baptist. He lived in the wilderness and was preaching that people should be baptized to show that they had turned from their sins and turned to YHVH to be forgiven.

And what a difference between our sin and YHVH's generous gift of forgiveness. For this one man, Adam, brought death to many through his sin. But this other man, Yeshua Moshiach, brought forgiveness to many through YHVH's bountiful gift.

Well then, should we keep on sinning so that YHVH can show us more and more kindness and forgiveness?

Now it is time to forgive him and comfort him. Otherwise, he may become so discouraged that he won't be able to recover. When you forgive this man, I forgive him, too. And when I forgive him (for whatever is to be forgiven), I do so with Moshiach's authority for your benefit,
