Yeah His Name isn’t Jesus. But a broken clock is right twice a day….

So often a Christian theologian will say something like this but not really notice the implications…

Messiah will not force anyone into His presence in the end of the age if they did not live a life He called us to do and to be.

They declare it boldly…but not thoughtfully…not cautiously.

If Yeshua our Messiah will not force us to follow Him and will not force us to belong to Him if we refuse to live according to His commandments, then it’s extremely important that we carefully consider what exactly it is that He has asked us to do and to be.

It’s nothing like what Christianity has been claiming…

Yeshua has never said to pray a sinner’s prayer, make an alter call, walk the Romans Road, or ask Him to rent apartment space in our hearts.

He did however teach the Torah of YHWH, His Heavenly Father. He did say that we would have life if we keep these commandments. He did say that He would pay for our violations of those commandments. And He did say that He would raise again to life all those who trust in His Name.

If we truly want to be in the presence of the Master one day and hear Him say, “Well done good and faithful servant!” then we must be doing well now, not simply believing and hoping all will be well one day.

We must be doing what the Master calls good not what the pastor calls good.

We must be faithful servants loyally doing the service of our Savior, little of which is like what we were told in the Christian tradition.
