in 'may it please our Lord, we will be servants of God' you stated
- There’s no magic formula, no “Sinner’s prayer”, that can save you. It is only Yeshua’s blood, your commitment to serve and obey Him, and God’s grace to honor both the blood and your decision. Without His blood, we are lost. Without a commitment to obey God, we are lost. Without God’s mercy, we are lost. -
if one sees the Word, expressed through the scriptures, as one's bread, one's food, and more pertinently the following (being obedient to it) of the counsel that the Word gives as water, bringing strength and life,
and i re-arrange your words slightly to say
- without God's mercy, without a commitment to obey Him, without Yeshua's blood, we are lost. -
then even excluding the johannine comma (note, this is not me going on about the comma again, it's just the text is still fresh in my mind)
