Hello, i have family and friends in the area and i am keeping a prayerful considetation to relocating in the area. Tell me why i should relocate there.

Seems to be alot of torah observers moving there to be around others
It's a popular place to bug out at , if a the shtf alot of game and plants out there plus a little higher ground is good forasmuch if a flood hits but some parts get tornadoes which many aren't big fans of
