2. 1 - 2 lbs beans
3. Tang (high in vitamin C)
4. Vegetable shortening (multipurpose ie can be used as an emergency candle)
5. WEEK 2
6. 20 lbs all purpose flour
7. 1 pkg sugar
8. Several cans of carrots
9. Several cans of greens: spinach, kale, collard - rinse them 3xs before eating
WEEK 3
1. 64 ozs nonfat dry milk
2. Cans of pumpkin
3. Tuna
4. Pink salt
5. Baking soda
6. Spices
