There are so many wonderful Scripture which you can change into prayers and make it your own. Today I will start with the Psalms which you can copy and make your own.
Praying Psalm 1
O Adonai, how wonderful is our joys when we do not follow the advice of the wicked, stand around with sinners or join in with mockers. We delight in the Law of You King Most High, meditating on it day and night. We are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Our leaves never wither and we prosper in all we do. But not the wicked people as You taught us! You said that the wicked are like worthless chaff, scattered by the wind. They will be condemned at the time of judgment. Sinners will have no place among the godly. For You Adonai watches over the path of the godly and You teach us that the path of the wicked leads to destruction. Then we ask Father that You fill us with Your Ruach and anoint our heads with Your oil. Take our hands and guide us in Your righteousness, amein.
A lot of my study seems to center around apologetics. At least when I make my notes on what I've studied that is what comes out. Early on in my walk, I put together a bunch of notes centered around the thought of not being able to keep the Law. A few months back, I updated it and as I have been doing comics, also seemly centered around apologetics, I added some of them to it to make it a more interesting read. It is a 10-part blog post if interested. https://jnmthoughts.weebly.com..../biblical-research/t

Afterburn: also known in the world of fitness as the “afterburn effect”, simply put; The more intense the exercise, the more oxygen your body consumes afterward.
The same could be true as you build up your spiritual self. After an intense teaching session, you need answers as more thoughts and questions consume you in your spiritual growth.
Rabbi Steve Berkson, director of MTOI, provides an opportunity for the Afterburn to take place by additional thoughts and insight about what he just taught as well as answering questions from the local congregation and those watching the live stream.

#readmethebiblegarth now includes Job 1-8 in Hebrew & Acts 1-15 in Greek with translation, and in the Lawful Literal Version, here: https://youtube.com/playlist?l....ist=PLvpqSEOjm625MyT
The Acts 15 LLV119 recording is highly recommended as it explains what the text meant before its misuse and corruption by the Early Gentile 'Church'.
Did anyone else enjoy having the opportunity to worship with Shilo Ben Hod while on his tour in the US? I really enjoyed the time of worship. We currently live quite far from other Torah communities so it was nice to be able to go and worship with others. I cried as I imagined that this is what it will be like in heaven when all that we do is worship our King. I was also deeply impacted by the testimonies given during the times of worship and was wondering if anyone else had been?
Tacitus was a Roman Historian. In Book V he documented that the Jews of the time of Titus Ceaser (79-81 AD) were keeping Saturn's Day (Saturday) as their rest day, the Sabbath. This timeframe being just a few decades after Yeshua and the apostles and just a few years after the destruction of the Temple. The Julian calendar at this time only had 7 days in a week, and when we moved to the Gregorian used widely today, that weekly cycle did not change.

Thought for today: Thursday July 29: Your Reputation is worthy:
Many people's reputations would not recognise their characters if the two were to meet in the street.
They loved praise from men more than praise from God. (Jn. 12:43)
Adonai Yeshua, help me today to live only to please You alone. Fill me with Your Spirit that Your values may always be manifested in me, amein
