Shalom! Take a look at our 2 lessons we offer this week for parsha Toldot. In lesson 6.1 called "Esaw and Ya'aqob" we will cover the birth of the twins Esaw and Ya’aqob as well as the stealing of the birthright and the blessing.
In 6.2 called "Abraham, Yitshaq & Sovereign Abimelek" we will witness a covenant of peace between Abraham and also his son Yitshaq with Sovereign Abimelek of the Philistines. Beginning with the story of Abraham from Parsha Vayera and concluding with Yitshaq’s story from this parsha we will see the similarities they encountered with Sovereign Abimelek. Yahweh also reaffirms with Yitshaq the covenant that He first made with his father Abraham.

This surely isn't a problem on this site but I'm posting just the same:
In years past I would give a sermon about how Halloween is evil. The sermon would include its history as a demonic holiday called Samhain among other things and how we are not to partake in evil practices from other religions. This year, I'm just going to go with the "rip the band aid off" approach. Halloween is evil and it doesn't take a Pastor to tell you that you should not be messing with the dead or evil spirits. Shalom!
This is surely not an issue on this site, just posting it everywhere:

I can't believe it took me so long to find James Block. I have really been enjoying his music and use of the name. Musical worship has always been so important in my personal walk with the Father. As a little girl I would wake up and sing praise out the window to the heavens. I guess that is part of why I think it is so important. My favorite battle in the Bible is when they sent the singers out first. Anyways, if you haven't found James Block yet I hope this is a find that blesses you as it has me. Praise Yah for He is sooooo worthy! Shavuah Tov!
Here's a short list of Apostolic passages for reading and studying with #torah portion #toldot (#genesis 25:19-28:9), plus links to related video and commentary: https://soilfromstone.blogspot.....com/2016/11/suggest
Chanukah is less than a month away! I recently published a book on the topic: Shemen LaMaor: Oil for the Light. It has eight in-depth studies for each day of Chanukah, plus an extra ninth study about the preservation of the festival from pagan influence, and other Chanukah helps, too. If you're interested in learning the history and amazing spiritual insights to the holy time, please check out the book! You can order it by going to my teaching website (where you can find 100+ free studies) or searching on Amazon. Shalom!

True believers in YHWH have always been a minority, usually oppressed. We have never had political power for more than one generation in ten, and that's not going to change this year. Resistance against wickedness is important, but focusing on trying to take over the civil government is counterproductive. Focus instead on preaching repentance and teaching the world to keep YHWH's commandments. Don't worry too much about the rest.
