I will go down to see whether they have done altogether according to the outcry that has come to me. And if not, I will know.”
Genesis 18:21
God had to see Sodom for himself because He respects the rule of Law and due process. God keeps His own rules for the sake of His name and His creations. No man or city may be condemned without a trial and two witnesses before a qualified and impartial judge.
What was the "cry of Sodom and Gomorrah" in Genesis 18:20-21? Probably the blood of their innocent victims crying out from the earth, like Abel's before them and the martyrs of the Beast in Revelation.
What were Sodom's great sins? Violence against the weak, injustice to sojourners, and sexual immorality, at least. How do we measure up?
Q11: Yeshua said to his disciples, "Ye shall be brought before _____ and _____ for My sake, for a testimony against them and the _____."

I need some wisdom.
I really like to draw and I have come to love many things you can make with black pen.
Although I really love the beauty of mandalas I stay away from it because I know it is occult.
And then there is zentangle art. If you google this you mostly find things that look a bit Escher-ish (you know, with the never ending stairs kind of things). The psychedellic sort of style.
Now I know that is also something to stay away from. And zentangle in itself is created as a meditative form of art. I don't do non biblical meditative things. Period.
But...then there is this kind of style. On instagram it has the tags mandala and zentangle etc. And if that's what it is, if it is truly occult, then I will certainly stay away from it.
But I ask myself...where does zentangle begin and doodeling Beautiful embelishments end?
And when exaclty is something occult meditative?
Because if I just draw or paint something certainly not occult I also feel that relaxing feeling. Even when I would paint a wall or color a coloring book.
Any body any thoughts with wisdom?
Pray about it or just stay away from it does not really cut it at this point for me. I have been struggeling with this for quite a while now.
Thanks! Shalom!

Abraham was a man of principle. He had a heart for people and a keen sense of justice, qualities God respects. He was a man of action, a leader in war, peace, and victory. He was a patriarch. He ordered his house and led them in service to Adonai.

No one grows through ease. It is only through trials that we can become great. See, for example, Noah, Abraham, Jacob, Moses, etc.. They all faced enormous challenges and suffered much in their lives, but it was all orchestrated by YHWH to ensure that they would become the men he needed them to be and so that his plans would play out in history.

Blessed are You Adonai Eloheinu, for You have given us Your Kingdom. You invite us to share in Your godly rule and in the riches of life that its internal. Father, teach us to seek You until we know You and love You and are aware of Your transforming power in all the world. We ask your blessing upon all who seek to proclaim the good news of Your Kingdom. We pray for preachers of the Word and ministers of the sacraments, for evangelists and all who witness in their daily lives to your presence and power. We pray for those who quietly transform their surroundings for the better and those who show others of Your Kingdom in their midst. Adonai we ask for the gift of discernment in those who influence the lives of others. We pray for all who are involved in shaping our world through government, through broadcasting and the press. We ask Your blessing upon all who teach and all who are set up as examples for our young people to follow. We give thanks for the great riches You have given us through our home and our loved ones. May we always appreciate the care and attention that have been shown to us. As we have richly received, so may we share; as we are loved, so may we love. We pray for homes where there is tension and the breakdown in the relationships. May we not lose sight of things eternal among all that happens in our lives. We ask Your blessing upon all who find life dull, all who are depressed or have lost hope. We pray for all who struggle with illness or difficult circumstances. We pray for those who are in hospital and all who cannot cope on their own. We give thanks for the promise of Your Kingdom and life eternal. We rejoice in the fellowship of all Your saints and commend our loved ones, this world and ourselves to Your unfailing love. We ask that You accept this prayer for the sake of Your Son, our Messiah Yeshua, amein.
