Power of a TESTIMONY
(More than a just story)
In the Book of Revelation 15:5
After these things, what things? Vs. 4 WHO shall NOT fear the LORD and glorify thy name? Those without a testimony? Goes on to say, I looked, and behold, the temple of the Tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened.
Now if you said, go get the large bowl of candy. Even if candy is not plural even if it is said, or written in the singular form, the big bowl tells you there will be more than one jelly bean in the bowl.
The word Tabernacle here does the same. It is safe to say there is more than one testimony in there. Also, it is safe to say that all of them are about the Lamb of GOD and that would be about Jesus The Messiah. But how safe? We have to look deeper...
But why a Temple of Testimony of such angels of wrath?
Something to think about and go even deeper...
We all FEAR the LORD, we also fear this wrath of God that is to come. If the Lord tarries and we are still here, then what?
I myself have fear for what evil is here on earth RIGHT NOW! How does TESTIMONY work NOW!
Note that no one can go into this temple until the seven angels leave and have done ALL their work. Then it will have an open sign on the door.
BUT FOR NOW:
Let us go to Revelations 12:10~12
Tells about this time very much like what we read in Rev 15. But the verse I am going to focus on is verse 11,
And they (who are they? I am one of the they's) overcame him (the accuser) by the BLOOD of the LAMB,
AND BY THEIR TESTIMONY!! ?
Do you have a Testimony?
Every one of us will need and use our testimony. When facing something or someone you need to overcome, a testimony with the blood of the Lamb will have the VICTORY. Now and times and times again. What is the Bible? Full of not just stories, but filled with testimonies. What is your testimony?
