The doctrines of "once saved always saved", "there are none righteous", and "the #torah was ended" conclude that mankind is worthless and cannot affect our relationship with our Creator. These ideas aren't just wrong, they are evil, and must be corrected.

You Matter - First Century Christianity

Nobody lights a lamp and puts it under a basket means that you matter. Jesus Christ died for you because you have worth and can be righteous.

The star of Rempham was the first recorded idol that Israel burned their children to. How fitting of a symbol for Babel. Blessed are they who bash your childrens' heads against a rock!

I assume you are referring to Amos 5:25-26 regarding the child sacrifices.

We just have to be careful not to say in our hearts that "a symbol is the people" and then reject the people. The fact that any symbol is used to represent a demographic does not make the people "bad" by association nor the symbol "good". It remains a symbol.

I for one can't change either the South African nor British flags even though I am a legal citizen of both countries. Nor does wearing either of the flags on my clothing make me good/bad. It is merely a symbol.

I was just discussing the heart symbol this morning as the origins of the symbol was brought to my attention especially that the origins of the name February is associated with it. Should we excommunicate everyone who wears a heart symbol on their clothing or has a heart symbol on their website?

Yes, some symbols like a broken or upside down cross has no other meaning when shown to a believer in Yeshua. When we look at a swastika it might raise certain emotions in many, but the root is set to about 2500BC and the symbol is widely used in Hinduism so the symbol is both "good" and "bad".

The same is even true about bloodlines. Being in the bloodline of Abraham did not prevent Yeshua from telling His listeners that it wouldn't save them.

If we truly believe that we are citizens of heaven then the earthly politics should be recognized for what it is, a divisive tool used by the power loving to control the masses.

The only labels we should be using in my view is "heir of the Father" or "not an heir of the Father"...

Bowing to the cross (an object) is like kneeling before a xmas tree. Its worship of that object, no matter what it stands for. Catholics bow and kiss statues of roman dieties renamed for catholic saints. It is no different than worshipping a tree beside an altar. They are all idols.

Bowing at the cross is not specifically mentioned in the Bible as a prescribed act of worship. However, it does speak about various postures of reverence and worship before Father.

Philippians 2:10-11 (ESV):

"so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

Psalm 95:6 (ESV):

"Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!"

Psalm 22:29 (ESV):

"All the prosperous of the earth eat and worship; before him shall bow all who go down to the dust, even the one who could not keep himself alive."

Revelation 5:13 (ESV):

"And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, 'To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!'"

These verses emphasize the act of bowing or kneeling in worship before Father and Yeshua.

While the specific act of bowing at the cross is not mentioned, the imagery of bowing before Yeshua, who is symbolically represented by the cross as the instrument of His sacrifice and redemption.

Ultimately, the focus of worship must be on Yeshua as our Lord and Savior
