When it comes to the things of the end times, some of us will be Noahs. But many, many, many more of us will be Moseses.

Your eternal fate is solely at God's discretion. He adopts us as sons or he doesn't. However, God has told us that he will save or condemn us based on our faith in him and also that we can be disinherited for rejecting him.

Hoping everyone's doing well...been very quiet on here this weekend. I know many are literally fighting for survival, but many of us are cozied up in our homes, praying for them. Whatever your struggles are, wherever you are: Yah loves you and His messengers are defending you!

But Jehosheba, the daughter of King Joram, sister of Ahaziah, took Joash the son of Ahaziah and stole him away from among the king's sons who were being put to death, and she put him and his nurse in a bedroom. Thus they hid him from Athaliah, so that he was not put to death.
2 Kings 11:2

Maybe Jehosheva prayed for guidance (the text doesn't say), but she didn't wait for a sign. She saw a problem and she acted. Sometimes praying and "waiting on the Lord" is just a fear of doing what we know is right.
