One tradition says that the kedoshim (holy ones) in Deuteronomy 33:2 are angels, while the kedoshim in v3 are Israel. Both are messengers. The heavenly angels often bear messages from God to man, and Israel is supposed to do the same. God's people--both native and grafted in--are meant to be messengers to the nations, teaching #torah and the #gospel to all who are willing to hear.

Genesis 6;5, “The Lord saw that the human beings on the earth were very wicked. He also saw that their thoughts were only about evil all the time.” Sometimes it may seem like we are at this point again in history, but even then there was at least one who found grace in the eyes of the Creator and rescued mankind.
