26And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying,
27“On the tenth day of this seventh month is the Day of Atonement. It shall be a set-apart gathering for you. And you shall afflict your beings, and shall bring an offering made by fire to יהוה.
28“And you do no work on that same day, for it is the Day of Atonement, to make atonement for you before יהוה your Elohim.
29“For any being who is not afflicted on that same day, he shall be cut off from his people.
30“And any being who does any work on that same day, that being I shall destroy from the midst of his people.
31“You do no work – a law forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
32‘It is a Sabbath of rest to you, and you shall afflict your beings. On the ninth day of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you observe your Sabbath.”

Update the city had given me 72 hours notice to move my stuff I left for I think less than 2 hours within the first 24 hours and they threw out my stuff tried to get it back at the dump the dump said it was already buried. Praise Yahh when this world hates you~ hates you without cause. Blessed are the sacred moments alone without a companion along side praying and praying and knowing how much of this is just as Master Yahusha said it would be...that to me is a cause to rejoice!
I have always wondered why the Sukka is what is today, when scripture always talks about the hebrews dwelling in tents and being nomadic. The Sukka of modern day does not seem very practical for this in comparison to a tent.
Its been hard finding much info on the origins of the modern day sukka though. Its seems to be something of the Talmudic era. Rail workers on a British railroad found a thrush’s nest under the rail and the hen peacefully sitting on the eggs, undisturbed by the roar of the fast trains above and around her. What a picture of perfect trust! The Bible says: You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You – Isaiah 26:3. YHVH’s Grace is more than adequate for these times. Even as I grow older, I am learning, day by day, to keep my mind centred on Moshiach. When we do, the worries, anxieties and concerns of the world pass away and nothing but Perfect Peace is left in the human heart.
Denying or making excuses for the power and presence of the Ruach (Holy Spirit) as in scripture, still operating the same way in our lives today:
Usually the 1st sign you will see is a lack of prayer and group intercession. That means that little to no waiting on The Father is done before decisions are made out of impatience. Agendas & control set in eventually instead of following & letting The Spirit lead. The outcome is a dry and dusty place with little to no worship in Spirit & Truth. It may seem exciting at first but that doesn't last.
If you've left a place like this, don't perpetuate it by recreating it under a new name. Pray. Intercede as a group. Wait on the Lord. There's so so much more! He will let you lead, but you will never experience the fullness of His Spirit and presence if you do. Over time you will grow tired instead of renewed. Isaiah 40:31
